Requirements

What you’ll need

At least three years of legal recruiting experience
Strong business development skills
Candidate management skills
Consultative recruiting skills
Ability to build long-term relationships with attorneys and hiring managers
BA/BS preferred, JD a plus
5+ years of high-level recruitment experience with 1-2 in the legal industry strongly preferred
Proficient in using recruitment tools, social media, ATS, database programs, and job boards
