About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, supporting effective adoption of Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban practices
  • Own team-level delivery governance and predictability, ensuring clear goals, realistic planning, and transparent progress tracking
  • Ensure work is visible, prioritized, and flowing effectively through backlogs, boards, and work management systems
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, continuous improvement, and sustainable delivery practices
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and sequencing in partnership with stakeholders
  • Create and maintain delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support informed decision-making
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, TPMs, and Product Operations to help teams achieve clear goals, manage dependencies, and maintain a healthy delivery cadence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead supporting software engineering teams
  • Technical background and experience working with technology teams; able to understand technical terminology
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban, and modern engineering practices
  • Proven facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to navigate conflict and drive clear outcomes
  • Comfort working with delivery metrics and basic analytics, with the ability to translate data into decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt communication for engineers, product leaders, and executives
  • Ability to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional partnerships
