About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect for new business through high-volume outbound calls and structured follow-up within an assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs

  • Take a consultative approach to sales, prospecting into defined industry sectors and compliance departments to uncover growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in lead generation or inside sales roles
  • Comfortable managing approximately 50–100 outbound calls per day
  • Strong listening skills and ability to think quickly and adapt conversations
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
