About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enablement programs for new products, enhancements, and strategic GTM initiatives from planning through execution
- Manage multiple concurrent releases, stakeholders, and priorities
- Monitor product roadmaps and agile release plans to anticipate enablement needs
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to translate launch priorities into actionable enablement plans
- Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness across initiatives
- Build relationships with Product, Product Marketing, GTM leaders, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and other stakeholders
- Determine enablement strategy and support level based on launch, audience, customer impact, and business priorities
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions and drive alignment on readiness, responsibilities, timing, and execution
- Communicate recommendations, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders
- Design and facilitate live, virtual, and self-directed learning experiences
- Translate complex legal and technical concepts into practical learning
- Create playbooks, launch guides, demo guidance, talk tracks, battlecards, and FAQs
- Maintain and improve onboarding and ongoing learning
- Apply legal expertise and understanding of legal workflows to connect products with customer needs
- Tailor enablement to distinct legal markets and identify customer scenarios, use cases, and value propositions
- Improve platforms, processes, and communication channels for product and GTM information
- Evaluate effectiveness using engagement data, stakeholder feedback, and resource utilization
- Keep enablement resources current, accessible, relevant, and easy to find
- Apply new technologies and AI-enabled approaches to improve enablement creation, delivery, and consumption
Requirements
What you’ll need- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in legal practice, legal technology, sales enablement, learning and development, program management, sales, customer success, solutions consulting, product enablement, or a related field
- Strong understanding of legal professionals and workflows
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate complex capabilities into relevant use cases and customer value across different legal markets
- Strength in program management, training and facilitation, and executive communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make complex information clear, engaging, and actionable
- Ability to build credibility and collaborate across Product, Product Marketing, GTM leadership, and customer-facing teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities and timelines evolve quickly
