About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects to maximize use and understanding of LexisNexis products
  • Communicate with clients to understand challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation
  • Deliver specialized customer presentations and communicate the value proposition and competitor differentiators
  • Collaborate with sales partners on preference, strategy, and strategic account plans
  • Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners and Product Specialists
  • Conduct competitor research, analyze findings, and share information with Product, Segment, and Marketing teams
  • Gather customer feature and function intelligence for future development and roadmaps
  • Use required processes, tools, and systems effectively
  • Retain and grow revenue within assigned Government Agency accounts
  • Build relationships within customer accounts and generate leads

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Able to travel 3–7 days per month
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and manage a territory
  • Ability to build solid internal and external relationships
  • Ability to partner and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Legal research experience or expertise
  • Excellent experience practicing law
  • Proven sales or training experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Juris Doctorate and bar license highly preferred
