About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and evaluate customer use cases
- Create and deliver innovative, AI-enabled product features and capabilities that delight our customers
- Lead and mentor team members, playing an active role in peer development and recruitment
- Leverage and identify metrics and data to track progress on customer needs and project budgets
- Develop clear go-to-market launch plans, through coordinated development with customer-facing teams
- Drive key end-to-end life-cycle components, from planning to release
- Develop product vision and road-map plan, aligned with business strategy, and communicating these across all stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have a degree in a technical field or proven technical acumen and experience
- Be a natural problem solver and able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issues
- Have the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
- Have experience in mentoring or training others and acting as a subject matter expert to guide colleagues
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Be able to think analytically and demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities
- Be able to demonstrate product development knowledge, including developing related business cases, content, and product plans
- Have significant experience in Product Management, from collaborative conceptualization to post-release management
