About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather and evaluate customer use cases
  • Create and deliver innovative, AI-enabled product features and capabilities that delight our customers
  • Lead and mentor team members, playing an active role in peer development and recruitment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Have a degree in a technical field or proven technical acumen and experience
  • Be a natural problem solver and able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issues
  • Have the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
  • Have experience in mentoring or training others and acting as a subject matter expert to guide colleagues
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Be able to think analytically and demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities
  • Be able to demonstrate product development knowledge, including developing related business cases, content, and product plans
  • Have significant experience in Product Management, from collaborative conceptualization to post-release management
