Relationship Manager – Regulatory Compliance
LexisNexisRelationship Manager for Regulatory Compliance managing customer portfolios at LexisNexis. Driving retention and upsell opportunities while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of Regulatory Compliance of approximately 90+ customers
- Drive retention, renewals and customer satisfaction
- Identify and convert upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct regular customer engagement and solution demonstrations
- Collaborate with the Product Specialist, Content & Marketing on gap analysis and opportunity identification
- Retain, build & maintain sales pipeline to achieve renewal rate targets & monthly or quarterly upsell targets
- Actively build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate and articulate a full understanding of the entirety of the LexisNexis RC technology portfolio including products and services/education offerings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Appropriate degree qualifications with relevant work experience – preferably the Risk & Compliance solutions market but also open to SAAS, Legal, Professional services industries
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Relationship Management or Customer Success roles with blend of Sales where structure sales and consultative selling approaches are used.
- Prior experience in solution sales or subscription sales is essential
- Ability to balance farming existing customers with identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable managing a portfolio across multiple customers and priorities
- Proven ability to maintain understanding and awareness of the risk and compliance market and LexisNexis solution offerings is essential.
- Team player and problem solver; energetic and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, hungry for sales and worked in targets-driven environment
