About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through onboarding and initial product adoption
- Support customer trials and ensure a positive first-use experience
- Deliver engaging product training sessions tailored to user needs
- Build strong relationships with customers including paralegals, IT professionals, and litigators
- Respond to and incorporate customer feedback to enhance the user experience

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working in a customer-facing or client success role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly explain technology concepts to a variety of audiences
- Confidence presenting to individuals and groups
- Experience working with legal professionals, IT teams, or similar stakeholders
- Motivated by helping customers achieve measurable outcomes
- Ability to identify customer needs and contribute to growth opportunities
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
