Drive strategic and operational excellence across all data quality initiatives within the InterAction division.
Oversee the Data Quality Services team and manage day-to-day operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of data quality programs.
Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality strategy, standards, policies, and best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external stakeholders, legal professionals, marketing, and business development to optimize resource allocation and client outcomes.
Serve as primary client contact for data quality initiatives; facilitate workshops, training sessions, and briefings.
Lead business development activities: develop proposals, marketing materials, and campaigns to grow legal sector footprint.
Champion adoption and integration of generative AI tools to automate data profiling, cleansing, validation, and drive innovation.
Design and manage data quality assurance processes, governance, profiling, cleansing, validation, and remediation.
Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor service efficacy and provide regular reports to senior leadership and clients.
Foster continuous learning, stay current with industry trends, and identify process and technology improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading data quality or data services teams, ideally with exposure to the legal sector, CRM systems, and business development initiatives.
Proficiency with data quality tools, data integration solutions, and business intelligence (BI) platforms.
Strong command of SQL; familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
Experience with CRM systems and their application in business development and marketing.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable process enhancements that improve service delivery.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts and business proposals to diverse audiences.
