About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support New Zealand sales operations, including cadence, pipeline hygiene, and process adherence
  • Act as the NZ operational representative within Pacific Sales Operations
  • Map and document sales processes and identify alignment gaps across AU/NZ/UK
  • Introduce structure, definitions, and operating frameworks for the growing RC business
  • Reinforce Salesforce usage, data quality, and reporting accuracy
  • Support rollout and adoption of sales tools and technology initiatives
  • Provide support for technology changes and migrations
  • Assist with Excel-based sales tools and calculators as required
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support prioritisation of activities
  • Drive AI and technology adoption by promoting AI fluency, sharing best practices, evaluating tools, and partnering with business, IT, and leadership to enable effective change
  • Improve productivity and workflows by identifying and implementing AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions that enhance decision making, customer experience, and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Operations or Business Analysis
  • Strong Salesforce user (pipeline management, reporting, process discipline)
  • Experience working with sales stakeholders
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to evolving teams
  • Strong Excel capability
  • Highly regarded: Experience supporting multi-country teams
  • Exposure to sales technology or AI adoption initiatives
  • Process mapping or SOP development experience
