About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and conduct user research studies using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand research questions and product goals
  • Conduct rapid discovery and evaluative research to inform AI‑powered product experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, or field research
  • Ability to independently lead small‑to‑medium research projects
  • Experience synthesizing research findings into actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with survey or research tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Dovetail, or similar platforms
  • Experience using Generative AI and emerging AI‑enabled user experiences
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced, iterative product development environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
