About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meeting top line sales and revenue goals within the assigned territory;
  • Managing and growing pipeline through active prospecting and territory plan;
  • Managing complete sales cycle from lead through customer relationship management;
  • Creating and managing a territory plan to capitalize on prospect opportunities;
  • Managing a consultative sales motion at all levels of the organization;
  • Articulating Return On Investment of products and services to prospects;
  • Creating targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services;
  • Representing product portfolio through speaking engagements, industry events and trade shows;
  • Maintaining awareness of market needs and industry trends and use information to optimize market position.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • impressive experience in an enterprise level sales experience
  • expected to travel 30-50% of the time
  • solid interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
  • solid understanding of solution selling value proposition
  • demonstrate the ability to work in sales team environments
  • technical aptitude with advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM applications
  • demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised and manage time and territory effectively
  • solid organisational and time management skills
  • Language skills (especially German) would be advantageous.
