About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate initiatives that span multiple Practice Areas
- Align stakeholders across teams to ensure consistent execution
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks
- Support teams in maintaining momentum and accountability
- Lead analysis of customer NPS and feedback across Practical Guidance
- Work closely with Content Strategy to share trends, risks, and opportunities from customer insights
- Identify program-level improvement initiatives and partner with teams to implement and track improvements
- Coordinate multi-team initiatives such as workflows and similar cross-functional efforts
- Ensure alignment across content, product, and operations teams
- Track progress and support consistent execution across participating groups
- Lead coordination and rollout of automated templates and drafting-related initiatives
- Ensure consistency in approach and adoption across Practice Areas
- Identify opportunities to scale successful approaches
- Partner closely with Global Operations on dashboards and reporting across PG initiatives
- Provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes
- Partner with other roles to align on metric definitions and avoid duplication
- Coordinate creation and improvement of with the data analyst team to ensure all teams have access to information necessary to drive practice area strategy
- Acts as a central coordinator and connector across Practice Areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- J.D. preferred
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives or programs
- Strong organizational and program management skills
- Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
