Lead operations for the NAUK Cases primary content delivery engine
Shape and execute operations strategy for content integrity and delivery cycles
Oversee caselaw processing, enrichment, validation, and publication workflows
Manage SLAs for multi-regional teams supporting US, Canadian, and UK case law
Cross-train and manage editors across multiple regions
Build and inspire a high-performing operations team
Monitor KPIs (cost efficiency, productivity, turnaround time, content freshness)
Serve as operational SME for Lexis+ AI developments
Own relationships with vendors and shared-services partners
Champion best-practice processes across regions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field
8+ years in content, publishing, or information-services operations—ideally with legal, regulatory, or professional content
Proven people-leadership experience, including building hybrid, multi-region teams
Expertise with data-visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel)
Strong financial acumen and stakeholder-influencing skills within highly matrixed organizations
Hands-on familiarity with Gen AI/agentic AI in content workflows a big plus
Excellent presentation skills and advanced understanding and capabilities with PowerPoint
Must be able to work across a portion of North America, South Africa, and UK business hours.
