About the role
- Assess the impact of business, process, and role changes and identify potential risks or resistance
- Support the development and execution of change plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Create clear, accessible communication materials that explain the purpose and impact of change initiatives
- Partner with Learning & Development and project teams to support effective training and adoption
- Gather and analyse feedback to track adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of change initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and teams during periods of transition
- Document insights, lessons learned, and best practices to support continuous improvement
- Help ensure change activities are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with employee well-being and engagement
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in organizational development, business, human resources, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting transformation or technology-enabled change initiatives
- Familiarity with change management frameworks or methodologies is an advantage
- Experience with common workplace tools such as Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience in change management, organizational development, business analysis, or a related field
- Ability to plan, support, and deliver change initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Comfort working with digital tools, including generative AI and collaboration platforms, to support analysis and communication
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to analyse feedback and translate insights into practical recommendations
