  • Lead and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive engagement, growth, and retention
  • Translate market insights and customer needs into actionable marketing strategies and compelling messaging

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and sales training teams to deliver training, content, and resources

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, segment or product marketing, or revenue enablement
  • Proven track record of crafting and executing go-to-market strategies and messaging that drive measurable results
  • Understanding of marketing and sales alignment, with familiarity in Challenger Sales methodology
  • Experience developing enablement content, sales narratives, and digital marketing assets
  • Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
