About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the EVP Global Operations and functional leadership on business plans and financial analyses/tools
  • Support strategic and operational decision-making with financial insights
  • Drive data-driven decision-making using metrics
  • Develop annual and strategic business plans aligned with company goals
  • Advise leadership on operating results, trends, and milestones
  • Provide financial leadership for alliances, acquisitions, mergers, investments, and other business issues
  • Lead financial processes including cost/expense analysis, profit improvement, business cases, capital spending, reporting, and cash-flow analysis
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and performance reporting across Global Operations
  • Establish and monitor financial and operational performance indicators
  • Oversee financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting
  • Improve planning accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and financial transparency
  • Ensure financial governance, internal controls, compliance, and audit support
  • Lead continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and reporting
  • Leverage technology, analytics, and data to improve performance and decision-making
  • Govern company financials and reporting as required by LexisNexis and RELX
  • Manage funding for REPH and strategic initiatives
  • Lead, motivate, mentor, and coach a team of financial professionals
  • Position finance as a valued business partner and align GO Finance with other business-unit finance teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required
  • MBA and/or professional certifications (CMA, CFA, CPA) preferred or equivalent
  • 15+ years of successful, progressive and diverse accounting, financial analysis and reporting experience
  • Experience preferably within large organizations with complex products and solutions
  • Demonstrated experience with strategy and planning initiatives
  • Experience leading finance organizations across multiple countries, cultures, and regulatory environments
  • Ability to lead people to get results through others
  • Ability to maintain executive relationships, work cooperatively in a team environment, and influence across matrix organizations
  • Executive-level communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Problem analysis and resolution at strategic and functional levels
  • Demonstrated success in performance management, accountability, coaching, training, and performance management
  • Ability to work in the United States or London
