About the role
- Craft clear, differentiated narratives by audience (C-suite, product, care, engineering) and by use case (care efficiency, ARPU growth, churn reduction).
- Create proof-heavy decks, 1-pagers, competitive battlecards.
- Partner with Product/Success to produce reference stories with measurable outcomes.
- Maintain win/loss insights and competitive matrices.
- Co-own whitepapers, webinars, and event narratives with Comms/Brand.
- Collaborate on website pages and campaigns; track asset performance and iterate.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing (cybersecurity, data/AI, or telco a plus).
- Comfortable working with technical teams.
- Metrics-minded.
- Bonus: Telco ecosystem familiarity (CPE, RDK/prpl, operator apps).
