Lead assigned retail stores to profitable growth

Ensure merchandising and customer services disciplines are in place that support the rapid expansion of our retail network
Develop, coach, train and motivate a high performing team of Store Managers
Identify trends, evaluate processes and recommend programs that drive sales
Ensure effective administration of loss prevention, inventory control, safety and security programs
Oversee physical inventory preparation and counts
Recommend merchandise replenishment and new products based on store capacities and sell through
Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (10+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
Minimum 7 years of retail experience
Minimum 2 years of multi-store management experience
Proven leadership and staff development abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong business acumen within multi-unit retail environment
Excellent time and project management skills
