About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own category strategy for licensed businesses within the Licensing portfolio
- Act as the primary global relationship owner for key licensees
- Align licensing roadmaps with global brand moments and marketing strategies
- Own licensing forecast, royalty tracking and variance management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in licensing, brand management, or merchandising within a global consumer brand
- Proven experience owning categories with strong financial accountability
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and wholesale/DTC dynamics
- Track record of managing complex licensee relationships and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders
- Experience in forecasting, royalties, and contract‑based business models
