SEA/SMA Consultant – Apprenticeship, Internship
LeveragePerformance Manager in a growth agency focusing on client acquisition through data-driven campaigns. Collaborate with senior experts to optimize media strategies across multiple platforms in a hybrid work environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your mission: scale acquisition for ambitious brands.
- As a Performance Manager, you join our Performance team and help manage clients' acquisition campaigns across the entire funnel.
- Working alongside senior experts (former employees of Google, Microsoft and leading startups), you will learn to turn ad accounts into predictable, scalable revenue engines.
- Paid Media & Performance — You build, launch and optimize SEA & SMA campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with an ROI focus, using a data-driven and iterative approach.
- Full-funnel acquisition strategy — You contribute to account strategies (budget allocation, audiences, scheduling, creative angles) following the AARRR funnel.
- Data & measurement — You monitor and analyze performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS), create clear reports and dashboards, and ensure reliable tracking and lead follow-up in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Growth partner — You support your clients with proactive, transparent, business-oriented follow-up: you present recommendations and are a driving source of ideas.
- Creative collaboration — You work with our Creative Studio on angles and assets (static, UGC, landing pages) to fuel performance.
- Operational excellence & AI — You rely on our proprietary AI agents, from onboarding to reporting, to ensure flawless execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s level (business school, digital marketing, engineering or equivalent), seeking a professionalizing apprenticeship.
- Rigour and curiosity: you learn quickly and grasp concepts from the first explanation.
- Comfort with numbers and data analysis: you can read performance metrics and derive actions.
- Autonomy and organization: you don't wait to be told what to do.
- A strong interest in growth, paid media and AI, with a desire to use them daily.
- A first experience managing campaigns (Meta, Google or LinkedIn Ads) is a real plus.
