About the role
- Creating innovative, functional interior design concepts that support the overall creative vision of Level99
- Developing detailed floorplans, millwork concepts, and material selections
- Staying current with industry trends
- Presenting concepts to stakeholders and refining designs based on feedback
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Contributing to venue design documentation and supporting installations
Requirements
- 5+ years in hospitality/retail/restaurant design
- 1+ year overseeing restaurant projects with knowledge of health codes and kitchen infrastructure
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Revu, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
- Strong spatial awareness
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Flexibility and a proactive “get things done” attitude
