Guide clients through selecting and finalizing finishes and materials, ensuring all decisions are documented, approved, and aligned with budget and timelines
Coordinate with suppliers and trade partners to manage bids, confirm pricing and availability, and maintain strong professional relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to keep selections and procurement on schedule, manage purchase orders, and proactively flag potential changes or concerns
Balance creativity and structure while communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
Work schedule: M-F, 9AM - 6PM EST
Requirements
2+ years of experience in interior design, construction coordination, purchasing, or project management
Strong knowledge of residential construction materials, finishes, and design trends
Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (experience with Monday.com a plus)
