About the role
- Prospect and qualify clients with strategic and asset-focused profiles;
- Conduct commercial meetings using a consultative approach;
- Present customized consortia solutions and strategies;
- Work together with the administrative team to prepare simulations and proposals;
- Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and opportunities;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners;
- Actively engage in networking and opportunity generation.
Requirements
- Consultative sales profile (no aggressive approach)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organization, discipline, and management of commercial routines
- Previous sales experience
- Analytical skills and comfort with numbers
- Experience with structured networking (BNI or similar)
- Strategic vision and focus on long-term relationship building
- Interest in financial education and wealth/asset planning
