About the role
- Serve as strategic connector between client goals, internal teams, and results
- Lead accounts and be the primary point of contact for clients
- Support the account team operationally to ensure projects move efficiently
- Oversee daily execution across media and creative; ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with media strategists to analyze data, identify opportunities, and guide strategy
- Translate metrics into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for clients
- Own forecasting, budget tracking, and campaign pacing with precision
- Keep clients and teams informed on marketing and industry trends
- Use generative AI tools to streamline work, generate ideas, and improve execution
Requirements
- 3+ years in an agency or client services environment
- Proven success in performance marketing, including paid media execution and optimization
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Financial fluency — owned budgets, forecasts, and media pacing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-savvy — interpret campaign metrics and pivot strategy accordingly
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
- Comfortable using (and learning) AI tools to increase speed and quality
- Background in ecommerce, education, or B2B verticals (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms (nice-to-have)
- Experience upselling or growing client accounts (nice-to-have)
- Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) (nice-to-have)
- Must be located in the U.S.; company cannot sponsor visas
