About the role
- Create and evolve pitch decks, one-pagers, capability overviews, and sales collateral
- Support development of light thought leadership assets (POVs, white papers, insight decks)
- Translate strategy, positioning, and research into clear, persuasive narratives
- Partner with sales, strategy, and leadership to tailor materials to specific opportunities
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting assets for different audiences and verticals
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate research, drafting, and ideation
- Generate first drafts, outlines, competitive insights, and summaries using AI
- Apply human judgment to refine AI outputs into polished, sales-ready materials
- Continuously improve AI prompts and workflows to increase speed and quality
- Own and maintain an organized, searchable library of sales materials
- Establish version control, naming conventions, and usage guidelines
- Audit and refresh outdated assets on a regular cadence
- Ensure sales teams can quickly find and confidently use the right materials
- Document enablement workflows and best practices
- Identify gaps in sales materials and proactively recommend new assets
- Support ad hoc sales requests tied to active opportunities
- Improve how enablement assets scale across teams and verticals
- Identify and test methods to reduce sales friction and accelerate sales cycles
Requirements
- 3–5 years in sales enablement, marketing, creative, or agency environments
- Strong deck-building skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or similar)
- Demonstrated visual and design sensibility
- Hands-on experience using AI for research, content generation, and iteration
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version control
- Ability to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities
- Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience supporting sales teams in an agency or B2B services environment
- Familiarity with RFP or pitch development processes
- Light design tool experience (Figma, Adobe, Canva, etc.)
- Experience organizing enablement libraries or knowledge bases
- Exposure to HubSpot or CRM-adjacent workflows
