Renewal Specialist – Contractor
Level AccessRenewal Specialist for Level Access managing high-volume subscription renewals. Engaging customers directly for upselling and managing renewals processes efficiently.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a high-volume portfolio of 25–50 renewals per month
- Engage customers via email, phone, and video to renew and upsell
- Manage product discussion and overcome objections by highlighting key benefits
- Identify opportunities for add-ons and expanded packages
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Collaborate with other sales teams, contracting teams, and legal where necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of account management / renewals
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with clients
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to articulate value and tailor messaging to customer needs
- Highly independent, organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with MS Office; HubSpot and Salesforce experience is a plus
- Passionate about growth, learning, and making an impact.
