About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver engaging and informative live onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a positive start to their Level Access journey.
Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (Skilljar), including setup, user access, reporting, and administration of role-specific learning paths.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business teams to streamline onboarding processes and resolve inquiries promptly.
Leverage AI tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, to enhance efficiency in content management and learning delivery.
Create and maintain documentation in Confluence, ensuring onboarding resources are accurate and accessible.
Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to continuously improve programs and resources.
Support the development and implementation of scalable onboarding processes that align with organizational goals.
Ensure consistency in messaging and accessibility standards across all onboarding content and communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or related learning functions.
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Skilljar preferred), including setup and administration of structured learning paths.
Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering live sessions to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
Proficiency in tools such as Confluence and Microsoft 365 Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and navigate a matrixed organization.
Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
