About the role
- Execute recruitment plans based on operational hiring needs
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
- Track hiring progress and provide recruitment updates
- Support onboarding coordination for newly hired employees
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for call center or telemarketing roles
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good communication skills in English and fluency in Urdu
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience recruiting for iGaming or online entertainment companies
- Experience handling high-volume hiring
- Strong recruitment network in Islamabad or Lahore
