About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the vendor network by managing repair and maintenance needs in One by Lessen
  • Communicate predominantly by phone and electronically with clients and vendors
  • Develop and maintain positive client relations to ensure superior client satisfaction
  • Receive and handle customer calls and email service requests
  • Manage real-time inquiries and track and respond to commitments
  • Schedule and manage completion of assigned services
  • Escalate disputes or unsatisfied service confirmations promptly
  • Remain on the queue and address requests and customer questions
  • Maintain communication with affiliates according to contracts and agreed scopes of work
  • Provide information to supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates by telephone, written form, email, or in person
  • Enter information into the database while ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Assist in training team members and provide constructive feedback
  • Foster a positive team environment
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of internal and external data
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and other assigned duties
  • Work Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM Central Time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required
  • 3–4 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge and ability to articulate solutions
  • Ability to communicate industry language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Shift flexibility may be required
