About the role

  • Play a crucial role in driving Phileo's market development and sales activities in North America
  • Oversee commercial poultry research and demonstration trials
  • Provide ongoing, in-person technical sales support in a team selling format
  • Develop a collaborative, demonstrative research approach
  • Maintain timely, regular professional communication of work-related activities to assigned regional and global supervisors

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (DVM, MS or PhD) preferably in Animal Science with an emphasis on poultry nutrition from an accredited university is required
  • 5 or more years of experience in poultry nutrition and feed manufacturing is required
  • Strong professional and technical interest in poultry feeding and poultry production/nutrition knowledge is required
  • Demonstrated aptitude and proficiency in commercial poultry nutrition, production methods, and value-added product application
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time within North America for meetings and trade shows
