About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support delivery technology exploitation projects, maintaining control of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies to meet Future Programmes objectives.
Develop and manage integrated delivery plans, monitoring milestones and proactively resolving delivery issues through appropriate governance.
Act as the delivery focal point across multiple LoBs, managing interfaces, dependencies, and alignment with senior engineering and business stakeholders.
Apply robust governance, reporting, and control, including LCM compliance, financial tracking, forecasting, assurance, and change control.
Drive continuous improvement, capturing lessons learned, applying best practice project management, and supporting delivery maturity growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within complex engineering or defence environments.
Ability to lead, influence, and federate diverse cross-functional teams.
Strong capability in generating and executing data-driven plans that deliver measurable benefits.
