About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development of Procurement Sustainability environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.
  • Identify emerging ESG themes relevant to the function.
  • Support the data preparation and analysis of ESG initiatives across the Procurement lifecycle.
  • Support the Governance team in providing data and analysis of key processes covering the Procurement lifecycle.
  • Maintain the external Manufacturing Process Capability Tool with updated supplier data.
  • Support the provision of ESG data and reports.
  • In partnership with Procurement Managers maintain supply chain risk registers.
  • Support Commercial in responding to Customer requests around Sustainability.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Good understanding of ESG (environmental, social and governance) principles and how they apply within supply chains
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, ethical sourcing and SBTi (Science Based Targets)
  • Ability to collect, analyze and interpret sustainability data
  • Experience using such tools as Excel, Power BI or similar for reporting and dashboard creation
  • Experience supporting supplier onboarding, due diligence and sustainability assessments
  • Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to support decision making
  • Contribute to training, awareness, and capability development within Procurement teams
