About the role
- Administer and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Configure, customize, and optimize modules in Business Central based on business needs
- Provide technical and training support to end-users
- Manage integration between Microsoft Business Central and other company systems
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and propose solutions
- Monitor and manage system updates
- Create customized reports and data analysis
- Manage user security and permissions
- Diagnose and resolve any malfunctions or system inefficiencies
- Manage projects related to Business Central.
Requirements
- Solid experience in managing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Medium level of project management skills
- High resilience and ability to react to errors and failures
- Optimistic and empathetic approach in relationships
- Communication and relationship skills with stakeholders (internal and external)
- Strong aptitude for working with multinational and multicultural resources
- Problem solving and result orientation
- Negotiation skills.
Benefits
- Microsoft certifications in Business Central or other ERP products is preferred
- Experience with integrating Business Central with other business platforms is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with relational databases and business intelligence concepts
- ITIL fundamentals
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001 / EN 9110 standard represents a preferred requirement.
