About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for AIS across technical and non-technical functions
  • Build and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce needs
  • Advise hiring leaders on hiring priorities, market conditions, and recruiting best practices
  • Develop diverse talent pipelines through networking, sourcing tools, referrals, social media, and external partnerships
  • Drive the candidate experience from outreach through offer and onboarding coordination
  • Oversee university recruiting and early-career programs
  • Lead recruiting metrics and insights reporting to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and pipeline health
  • Ensure compliant recruiting practices in partnership with HR, compensation, and business leaders
  • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen sourcing plans and enhance AI capabilities supporting recruiting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or defense-related organizations ideally
  • Proven experience running full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels
  • Broad HR expertise across client group support, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
  • Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management capabilities
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools/technology
  • Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technology environments preferred
  • Experience leading university recruiting and internship or early-career programs preferred
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and talent analytics preferred
  • Ability to manage competing priorities preferred
