About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with the maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems, including SuccessFactors (Employee Central and talent modules) and ADP (payroll), supporting recruiting, performance management, career development, compensation, and succession planning
  • Develop and deliver reports, including recurring data loaded to third party systems
  • Support project management, analysis, testing, design, implementation, and ongoing support for HR systems and related projects
  • Evaluate and review system releases, enhancements, and changes; recommend and implement approved functionality
  • Assist in coordinating HR users, IT, and vendors to enhance HR systems and processes, including integrations between SuccessFactors and ADP
  • Interact with HR, management, and employees to support implementations, ongoing system needs, and new initiatives
  • Provide system administration support, including report management, configuration updates, process and form changes, and troubleshooting system and integration issues
  • Participate in vendor user groups and forums as applicable
  • Assist in identifying system training needs and support development and delivery of training materials
  • Ensure data integrity and efficient processing of HR data through audits, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
  • Work with vendors to support system functionality and ensure seamless integration across platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or a related area or the equivalent in education and experience
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in HRIS and payroll operations, including hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (SAP) and ADP
  • A problem-solving mindset with strong auditing and analytical skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, collaborate with virtual teams, and deliver presentations
  • Project management skills desired
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to form solid internal / external customer relationships
