About the role

  • Support the design, development, and testing of electronic systems
  • Contribute to the design, development, modification, and analysis of complex electronic systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing products or systems
  • Compile and evaluate design and test data to support engineering decisions
  • Design, develop, analyze, document, and support testing of products, systems, and subsystems
  • Utilize computer-aided engineering and analysis software for technical assignments
  • Interpret and incorporate customer specifications into designs
  • Provide input on budget, cost, and scheduling for design-related tasks
  • Identify, specify, and evaluate supplier components for integration into system designs
  • Ensure adherence to design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturability
  • Develop and test prototypes to mitigate technical risks
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
  • Support development of technical content for proposals and customer deliverables
  • Participate in relevant engineering, customer, and business meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
  • Familiarity with electronic system design, analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Experience using industry-standard tools (e.g, SPICE, MATLAB, Altium, or similar)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and technical documentation
  • Internship or project-based experience in hardware or power electronics (preferred)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active DOD security clearance or ability to obtain within a reasonable time after employment
