About the role
- Collaborate with and learn from experienced employees in Electro-Optical & Infrared Systems
- Engage in projects from start to finish
- Perform entry-level professional administrative staff duties in support of functional areas
- Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
- Type and word-process draft documents and electronic information
- Prepare routine reports with guidance
- Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications
- Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and project team activities
- Adhere to procedures relating to proper use and care of equipment and materials
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Requirements
- Actively enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate Engineering degree in EE, CS, or SWE
- Completed at least 2 years of college and be a Junior or Senior with a 3.0 GPA or better
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to solve complex problems using natural curiosity
- Work effectively as a member of a team or on individual tasks
- U.S. Citizenship required
- This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain clearance within a reasonable time after employment commencement
