About the role

  • Lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of business and financial systems solutions using OneStream
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OneStream system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to support process improvements and system functionality
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications in collaboration with IT and finance teams
  • Support the development and execution of testing plans, user acceptance, and system documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within OneStream to support business and financial decision-making
  • Provide subject matter expertise on business processes and system capabilities, ensuring optimal system performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process automation opportunities
  • Train and support end users to maximize adoption and effective use of OneStream and related systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may be considered
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream (implementation, configuration, or administration)
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes
  • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Experience supporting or leading ERP/financial system implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion)
  • Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across Finance, IT, and Operations teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills
