About the role
- Scale Leonardo.Ai’s marketing engine across influencer, performance, and event marketing to build awareness, engagement, and leads globally
- Manage influencer campaigns end to end across multiple platforms and maintain long-term authentic partnerships
- Negotiate influencer contracts, oversee campaign logistics, deliverables, and reporting
- Lead daily operations and optimisation of paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, X, and Google Ads
- Partner with stakeholders and creative teams to iterate on campaign assets and messaging
- Monitor performance metrics, adjust targeting, bids, creatives, and strategies to meet KPIs for awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Support event strategy and execution, create event-specific landing pages and promotional materials, and recommend global industry events and speaking opportunities
- Track and report on performance across influencer, paid media, and events and contribute to monthly and quarterly reports and leadership presentations
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in influencer and content creator marketing
- Deep technical knowledge of paid media platforms
- Proficiency in GA4 and GTM
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and creative execution
- Flexibility and eagerness to work across multiple marketing channels
- Proactive and driven, seeking opportunities to scale and grow results
- Experience managing influencer campaigns end to end across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Ability to negotiate contracts aligned with budget and campaign objectives
- Experience leading daily operations and optimisation of paid media across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, X (Twitter), and Google Ads
- Ability to monitor performance metrics and optimise targeting, bids, creatives, and strategies to meet KPIs
- Experience supporting event strategy and execution and creating event landing pages and promotional materials
- Experience tracking and reporting performance and delivering actionable insights
- Working rights in Australia (app requires candidates to indicate working rights)
