About the role

  • Assist users by answering their questions coming through various channels
  • Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities
  • Troubleshoot - Login issues, user-reported bugs/issues encountered while using the Leonardo.Ai platform, billing/payment queries
  • Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Collaborate with technical and development teams to resolve platform-related problems
  • Continuously enhancing speed and efficiency to provide customers with the very best experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or information technology
  • Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle advantageous
  • Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of the product and issues that commonly arise
  • Ability to pivot and keep abreast of changes within a fast-paced tech start-up
