About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform verification, clearing, and settlement of financial documents (invoices/payables/receivables);
  • Support bank reconciliation activities;
  • Assist with custody and control of checks;
  • Open and verify pouches/mailbags;
  • Verify petty cash (small expenses);
  • Provide support to stores and internal departments;
  • Organize, scan, file, and send documents;
  • Support other administrative and financial routines within the department.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Good communication and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to work well in a team;
  • Experience with administrative or financial routines (preferred);
  • Experience with integrated systems (ERP) (preferred).
