About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact delinquent customers to negotiate outstanding debts via phone, email, and WhatsApp;
- Monitor assigned portfolio to meet established targets, following negotiation policies and guidelines;
- Handle inbound inquiries from internal and external customers;
- Provide support to stores for negotiating debts with delinquent customers who are present in-store;
- Record negotiation details and customer interactions in the system, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or currently studying in Finance or a related field;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Organized with a proactive attitude;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively;
- Strong negotiation skills;
