About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic projects for the Digital Commerce Platform leadership team
- Support annual planning and manage the organization’s budget
- Drive organizational effectiveness, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional alignment
- Own and continuously refine the organization’s 3-year vision
- Stress-test the vision and recommend course corrections to executive leadership
- Build business models and investment cases for strategic decisions
- Develop and execute organizational strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives
- Provide decision support by gathering inputs, analyzing trade-offs, and framing recommendations
- Own budget planning, allocation, tracking, and reforecasting across people, tools, vendors, and programs
- Define organizational artifacts, KPIs, team charters, decision logs, and ROI metrics
- Establish and improve the business management system
- Lead monthly and quarterly planning processes and cross-functional business reviews
- Optimize team processes and workflows to improve efficiency
- Coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives and facilitate workshops
- Design and run people development, onboarding, and career pathing frameworks
- Partner with HR and Talent on organizational design and restructuring
- Develop internal communication strategies and distribute organizational updates
- Plan all-hands meetings, town halls, and leadership forums
- Prepare executive communications and presentations
- Manage leadership meetings, agendas, pre-reads, and action-item follow-up
- Serve as a trusted advisor and proxy for Digital Commerce Platform leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in digital or technology organizations
- Proven track record driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to successful completion
- Experience partnering with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience handling digital commerce/eCommerce initiatives (preferred)
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage tactical execution
- Exceptional program management across multiple complex initiatives
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and resourceful problem-solving approach
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust across levels
- Adaptability in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Familiarity with digital experience platforms and technologies
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira, Asana, PowerPoint, and Confluence
- Ability to work flexible hours to support global responsibilities (preferred)
