Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, performant, and secure full-stack software applications
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
Develop front-end applications with React and back-end services using Node.js, Python, or .NET
Contribute to software architecture and system design aligned with business goals and technical strategy
Participate in technical design reviews and improve system design and code quality
Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments
Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated tests
Identify and resolve defects and performance issues
Conduct code reviews and work with QA teams to improve testing strategies and processes
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features and enhancements
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement
Communicate progress and potential challenges to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior engineers
Take ownership of features or projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Identify process improvements, refactoring opportunities, and technical enhancements
Contribute to technical discussions and the team’s technical direction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in software development, focused on full-stack development
Proven experience working in agile environments
Proven web development experience, including Headless CMS and Digital Asset Management systems
Front-end development experience
Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or .NET
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design with SQL and NoSQL
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
Passion for technology and continuous learning
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
