Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in computer science and 5+ years working at a company with a web technology stack and web standards, OR bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent degree and 7+ years working at a company with a web technology stack and web standards
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven experience managing a team of developers to achieve company goals
  • Proven experience architecting, scaling, and implementing complex technical solutions
  • Proven leadership in Agile environments, with communication, collaboration, mentoring, and team empowerment skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information concisely to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript (7+ years), including advanced client-side and server-side development principles
  • High proficiency in React.js (5+ years), including performant UI components, modern hooks, and design patterns
  • Strong command of semantic HTML and modern CSS, including CSS-in-JS, accessibility, SEO, and responsive design
  • Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, package managers, debugging, and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Preferred: Headless CMS, e-commerce, A/B testing, backend development, high-traffic websites, Content Delivery Network, cloud platforms, third-party frontend integrations, and data analytics
