About the role
- Manage the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing
- Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs
- Self-generate sales leads through community engagement and proactive prospecting
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market and community features
- Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing
- Participate in sales meetings and marketing programs
- Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes
- Complete required training and participate in community events
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
