About the role
- Reviews documentation and legal drafts of contracts/agreements
- Creates toolboxes and playbooks for sourcing and contracting team
- Coordinates work with various departments and serves as a liaison between Lennar and vendors
- Assists category teams in long-term planning and building category strategy
- Leads, mentors, and coaches managers and specialists
- Negotiates and prepares contracts with appropriate terms and conditions
- Responsible for creating and facilitating the issuance and evaluation of RFPs, RFIs
- Effectively communicates program needs status with internal team members
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT Purchasing experience
- 7+ years of IT Sourcing and contracting experience
- Experience working with large technology partners (e.g., AT&T, Cisco, IBM, Microsoft)
- Juris doctorate preferred
- ITIL experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in challenging and ambiguous environments
- Advanced experience with MS Office
- Strong written and oral communication skills
