- Managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing
- Daily operations at Welcome Home Centers
- Processing sale agreements and closing sales
- Engaging and establishing relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs
- Self-generating sales leads through community engagement and proactive prospecting
- Providing consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing
- Participating in sales meetings and marketing programs
- Ensuring the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
