About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs.
- Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market.
- Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing.

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Physical presence requirements to lift and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.
